Question 1: My favorite material that I used this year was clay. I really liked clay because you can make whatever you want and you can sculpt it anyway you like. Also when you make things from clay you can use them for different things depending on the project. My project above is a candle holder and I really enjoyed making it.
Question 6: The marble drop project is where I learned some things. It made me actually take time and think about how to place the different materials so the marble would successfully drop into the bucket. It took us sometime to figure out how it would land in the bucket. We had to make sure that the two cardboard pieces were in the right place so it would work. Even though its not the most complex marble drop it still made me really think about it.
Question 4: The relief project my choices helped it to be a good project. For this project I had to make sure that all the squares were the same size. I also had to make sure I outlined the fruit and the bowl so I could put clay on top so it would work how I wanted it to. For it to be the same size I had to use a ruler and really take time to measure each one so it would be perfect.
